Yay Earth!

So Today was Earth Hour and of course Steve and I participated. We tried to get everything together before it was lights out time so we wouldn't have to go fumbling around in the dark or with a candle like it was the 1800's. Well I forgot there was a good smelling candle upstairs and Steve needed some sniffle medicine. So we ended up using my super crazy bright flashlight to look around (anyone who went backpacking with us will remember this thing). No worries... rechargeable batteries Jennie. If someone happened upon our window they might worry about a break in! But we did our part (even in the smallest way)!

I have way too many pictures to post! I recently went home to AZ with Steve and saw my family. I took oodles and oodles of pictures! So I just thought I'd pick out a few...

Conundrum of the Day...

I love snow but hate the cold and ice that comes with it. This came to mind because yesterday we had a fabulous snow storm (in March!). So around here when it snows I bundle up as tight as I can... dash out... take oodles of pictures and dash back inside. Seems to work well. This year I prepared for winter with gloves, jackets and scarves. I just think snow is so pretty. Last year at the clinic I remember standing outside with my Doc and just listening to the silence that comes with the snow. Almost magical. And almost as magical is Spring! I heart spring and all being able to start running outside again!

Ecstatic

So I am super elated, ticked pink, joyous and pleased as punch! As some of you may know, the day after tomorrow I get to fly with Steve to Arizona to see my family and my little peanuts Ivy and Riley-Bug! This is a welcome respite as again some of you may or may not know I will soon be having surgery. Again. Sign... let me tell you how elated I am. It's an occipital subcraniectomy. Long story short it's to help my migraines, passing out, chiari malformation, numbness and tingling in my hands and face... I get it on the 16th! So it'll be nice to go home. So I might be out of the loop for the while. I have the probably wear a device and whatnot for awhile...
